Maintenance Service

FeiyuTech Official Store provides 1 YEAR warranty service for ALL items purchased from the official store. And please note that warranty period may vary in different regions according to the local law. If you have any questions, please let us know by emailing to store@feiyu-tech.com .

 

Free Maintenance Service with following conditions:

1. Within one year from the purchase date, the product is malfunctioning under normal usage due to non-artificial reasons.
2. The malfunction of the product is not caused by artificial reasons such as unauthorized disassemble, conversion or addition.
3. Provide the certificate of maintenance service: the warranty card (with customer information, purchase date and the code of the product), the legitimate receipts, invoices or screenshot of purchasing.

 

Paid Maintenance Service with following conditions:

1. Unable to provide legitimate receipts, invoices or the warranty card.
2. The product has been overused, operated against the instructions, or damaged by improper installation, assemble, storage, transit or carrying.
3. The product is malfunctioning due to being used under the environments that are not included in the intrusion, such as high-temperature and leakage of seawater and sands.
4. The product is malfunctioning due to improper storage, improper charging, discharging of the battery or using the batteries of other brands.
5. The product is malfunctioning due to the incompatibility of the third-party accessories that are not recommended by the FeiyuTech.
6. The product is damaged by misuse that exceeds its bearing limits.
7. The product is damaged by force majeure, including fires, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accident and so on.
 *FeiyuTech reserves the right of final interpretation on the above after-sales terms and conditions.


Maintenance Process:

STEP 1: Please email us at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com for request maintenance service. Describe the product's issue and provide your information in the email.
STEP 2: Send the malfunction product to us with the warranty card (please keep a backup of your own settings).
STEP 3: After receiving the product, our Support Team will assess and repair your product.
STEP 4: We will send the product to you as soon as possible when it is fully repaired.
*The repair and testing time is typically 7 working days.
