Feiyu Vimble 3

Have only had this a short time but am enjoying its capabilities immensely. Had some initial set up problems with my oppo find x5 phone as the instructions were unclear but am getting good results now

Phone cameras have become so much better that getting a gimbal to smooth out your footage is almost necessary now if you're a content creator who is active and mobile.
Personally I do automotive photography and although I have a gimbal for my sony camera, having someone shoot backup footage with my phone and a gimbal is really good to have to capture any extra angles that I can use later when I edit.
The ease of use of this gimbal is actually so good that I've actually given the gimbal and phone to a client, showed them how to use it, and asked them to try capturing some footage along with me. I find that this is a good way to get the client off my back (lol) but also to let them get me footage of details that they like about their car that I may miss since I don't know everything about their ride. Within 10 minutes of use they're handling the gimbal pretty well and by the end of the shoot their pros, that's how easy this gimbal is to use.
It's small, compact, extends, folds up, and is easily versatile. The battery life seems to be pretty decent although I've never used it long enough to kill the battery and I charge it after each use. The ergonomics of it are pretty good although admittedly with my smaller hands I do seem to fumble sometimes trying to get to some of the buttons, this often times results in a bump in the footage so I try to refrain from doing anything too fancy. Set it up how I want it and take the shot, can't get to any fancy pans and stuff while moving. The quality and construction of the gimbal also feels pretty good, Doesn't feel like a toy despite it's size.
Overally a really great gimbal for anyone looking for something easy to use for their phone. I've had 3 other "prosumer" gimbals for my cameras and this gimbal feels just as good and as smooth as the others. The motors dont seem to get too hot which is good, and the battery life should last your whole shoot. I like this gimbal and I can easy recommend it.

Definitely worth the purchase

I had an older version of the vimble but my newer phone was too heavy. Tried to go over to the DJI huge mistake. The DJI picked up on all my hand shaking. The vimble is a little heavier but the design is simpler and easy to use.

After reading all the reviews and most of the gimbal I see are for IPhone. Thought I still give it a try, on the Feiyutech website it shows that it works with Android and IPhone.
One person on the reviews mentioned thar I doesn't work and does all kinds of stuff. Mine works fine, just take your time, balance your phone properly, read the instructions carefully and this will work.
