🔹 How can I pay with my coupon?
To use your coupon, simply enter the coupon in the discount code field on the Checkout page and click the "Apply" button. The system will then automatically calculate the total price after applying the discount.
🔹 Can I combine different discounts?
Some discount codes and offers cannot be combined in a single order. The best available discount or discount combination will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.
🔹 Can I use the "Bought Together" offer with other discounts in the same order?
No, the "Bought Together" offer cannot be combined with other discount offers in the same order.
🔹 Why do some accessories have different prices on different pages?
Some accessories are offered at a discounted price when purchased together with a gimbal, with discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. However, these discounts do not apply when accessories are added to the cart individually.

To ensure the security of all transactions, orders may be subject to a verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. FeiyuTech reserves the right to refuse an order ifthe payment or order information cannot be verified. In such cases, a full refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.

About Shipping
🔹 After I place an order, how can I change my contact or shipping address?
Please email us at store@feiyu-tech.com before shipment. Once the shipment is confirmed, the order information cannot be changed.
🔹 How to cancel my order or one of the items?
Please email us at store@feiyu-tech.com within 24 HOURS of placing your order, and make sure we have received your request. After the order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer allowed.
🔹 How much do I need to pay for shipping?
Shipping fees depend on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. Once you enter your shipping address, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee and display it on the Checkout page. You can also estimate shipping fee on the Cart page before checkout.
🔹 When will my order arrive?
Order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time will be shown on the Product page or on the Checkout page. For more information, please refer to Shipping Policy. ( Please note that the specific delivery time may vary by different logistics companies.)
🔹 Where will my order be shipped from?
We usually ship orders from the local warehouse. If the item is temporarily out of stock there, it may be shipped from our China warehouse instead.
🔹 Can I request expedited delivery if I need the items urgently?
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order and include a note with your request. We will make every effort to arrange faster delivery, subject to availability and shipping constraints.
🔹 So far I have not received any shipping information, what should I do?

About Refund & Replacement
🔹 How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your refund is issued, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for us to process it. However, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer, usually 7 to 14 business days.
If you paid using PayPal balance, the refund will be credited on the same day it's processed.
🔹 How soon can I get my replacement?
After you send your returned product back, we will arrange a replacement for you within 7 working days.
🔹 What can I do if the product or accessory I received is found to be defective, missing or wrong?
Please send your order number and detailed photos to store@feiyu-tech.com, and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you within 3 to 7 working days.
🔹 If I lose a spare part for my gimbal, where can I buy a replacement?
These spare parts, such as quick release plate, battery and camera holder, are not sold separately on this store. Please contact our Support Team at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com for more information.
About Maintenance
🔹 How long is the warranty for new and refurbished gimbals?
All new and refurbished gimbals are covered by a one-year warranty, with a two-year warranty provided for orders shipped to countries within the European Union in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
🔹 What should I do if I need to repair my product?
If you require technical support or would like to request a repair, please contact us by emailing support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
