We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the US, Canada, the EU, and the UK. For orders to other countries or regions, applicable shipping fees will be automatically calculated and shown on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address.

🔹 Delivery Time

For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:

We prioritize shipping from local warehouses for faster delivery. If the purchased product is out of stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped from our China warehouse.

  • Orders Under $49: Products shipped from the China Warehouse may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
  • Orders Above $50: Products shipped from the China Warehouse have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).

For Orders from Other Countries or Regions:

  • Orders Under $49: Products will be shipped from the China Warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks.
  • Orders Above $50: Products will be shipped from the China Warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).

Free maintenance service conditions

🔹 Within one year from the purchase date, the product is malfunctioning under normal usage due to non-artificial reasons.

🔹 The malfunction of the product is not caused by artificial reasons such as unauthorized disassemble, conversion or addition.

🔹 Provide the certificate of maintenance service: the warranty card (with customer information, purchase date and the code of the product), the legitimate receipts, invoices or screenshot of purchasing.


Paid maintenance service conditions

🔹 The product is malfunctioning due to improper storage, improper charging, discharging of the battery or using the batteries of other brands.

🔹 The product is malfunctioning due to the incompatibility of the third-party accessories that are not recommended by the FeiyuTech.

🔹 The product is damaged by misuse that exceeds its bearing limits.

Maintenance Process

STEP 1: To request maintenance service, Please email us at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com. In your email, kindly describe the issue with the product and include your relevant order information.

STEP 2: Ship the malfunctioning product to us along with the warranty card. Please ensure you keep a backup of your personal settings prior to sending the product.

STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, our Support Team will assess the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. The repair and testing process typically takes 7 working days.

STEP 4: Once the repair is complete, we will promptly return the fully repaired product to you.

  • ¿Dónde está el botón de grabación en el rig de video

    Ten en cuenta que el rig de video no está equipado con un botón de grabación dedicado. Para iniciar o detener la grabación, tendrás que tocar el botón de grabación directamente en tu teléfono.

Preguntas frecuentes

1. ¿Cómo uso almacenamiento externo con mi iPhone?

Para usar almacenamiento externo, conecta tu iPhone al rig de video con el cable HUB Type-C de alta velocidad. Luego inserta una tarjeta SD (se recomienda usar una tarjeta SD UHS-II V90) o una unidad de almacenamiento externo en el rig de video.
A continuación, ve a Ajustes > Cámara > Formatos en tu iPhone y activa Apple ProRes.

Abre la app Cámara, cambia al modo Video y asegúrate de que el icono ProRes LOG esté activo y que aparezca “USB-C” en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Esto indica que el video se está guardando directamente en la unidad externa.

2. ¿Puedo usar grabación externa en teléfonos Android?

Sí, puede — pero la compatibilidad depende de tu modelo específico de Android.
Este video rig está diseñado principalmente para la serie iPhone 15/16/17 Pro, que admite de forma nativa el almacenamiento externo USB-C para la grabación en ProRes.
Sin embargo, algunos teléfonos Android de gama alta también funcionan con el rig y admiten la grabación directa de video en una tarjeta SD, como:

Para habilitar esta función en dispositivos Samsung, sigue estos pasos:
(1) Ve a Samsung Galaxy Store y descarga la aplicación Camera Assistant.
(2) Abre Camera Assistant → Activa “Guardar videos en el almacenamiento externo”.
(3) Una vez activado, conecta tu teléfono al Feiyu Video Rig y los videos se guardarán directamente en la tarjeta SD.

⚠ Nota: Algunos modelos de Android no admiten la grabación de video en almacenamiento externo USB. La compatibilidad depende de la marca del teléfono, la versión del sistema y las capacidades de la aplicación de cámara.
Comprueba si tu dispositivo admite la grabación en almacenamiento externo antes de usarlo.

3. ¿Puedo usar un micrófono externo con el rig de vídeo?

Sí. Los puertos de expansión 1 y 2 (Type-C) del soporte de video admiten micrófonos externos. El tercer puerto Type-C es solo para carga y no admite micrófonos ni almacenamiento externo.

4. ¿Cuánto tiempo tarda en cargarse por completo el soporte de video?

Aproximadamente 1.5 horas.

5. ¿Qué velocidades de escritura se requieren para la grabación externa?

Las velocidades mínimas de escritura dependen de tu configuración de grabación:
