1. For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom:
If any product or accessory is out of stock at the local warehouse, or if the shipping address falls outside the local warehouse's delivery coverage, those products will be shipped separately from our China warehouse. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
2. A personal tax identification number is required for shipments to South Korea and South American countries such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, in order to facilitate customs clearance and ensure successful delivery.
3. We currently offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is not supported.

For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:
Priority Shipping: We prioritize shipping from local warehouses for faster delivery. If the product you purchased is out of stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped from the China Warehouse.
- Orders Under $49: Products shipped from the China Warehouse may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
- Orders Above $50: Products shipped from the China Warehouse have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).

Free maintenance service conditions
🔹 Within one year from the purchase date, the product is malfunctioning under normal usage due to non-artificial reasons.
🔹 The malfunction of the product is not caused by artificial reasons such as unauthorized disassemble, conversion or addition.
🔹 Provide the certificate of maintenance service: the warranty card (with customer information, purchase date and the code of the product), the legitimate receipts, invoices or screenshot of purchasing.
Paid maintenance service conditions

Maintenance Process
STEP 1: To request maintenance service, Please email us at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com. In your email, kindly describe the issue with the product and include your relevant order information.
STEP 2: Ship the malfunctioning product to us along with the warranty card. Please ensure you keep a backup of your personal settings prior to sending the product.
STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, our Support Team will assess the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. The repair and testing process typically takes 7 working days.
STEP 4: Once the repair is complete, we will promptly return the fully repaired product to you.

Módulo de seguimiento con IA integrado, que permite el seguimiento inteligente del sujeto y la función de control por gestos sin necesidad de una app ni accesorios externos. Antes de usar la función de seguimiento con IA, por favor activa el estado de energía de IA (el indicador de IA se vuelve rojo) desde la pantalla táctil del gimbal o pulsando el botón F1 tres veces.
Cuatro controles por gestos:

1) Enable AI Power: Make sure AI Power is ON. The AI indicator light will turn RED.

5. What is the maximum distance that my mobile phone can control the gimbal?
The maximum control distance is about 15 meters, and the control distance of different smartphones varies in different environments.
6. What should I do if I can't find the gimbal via Bluetooth, Feiyu SCORP, or Feiyu ON?
1) The gimbal might still be connected to a previously paired phone. Locate that phone and cancel the connection.
2) On your current phone, cancel the pairing and clear the pairing cache on the gimbal.
3) Restart the gimbal and attempt to reconnect via Bluetooth or the app.
7. How to clear pairing information?
Long press F1+F2 button and then restart the gimbal to clear the pairing cache. The pairing status on the phone should also be cleared, otherwise the connection will not be established.
8. What should I do if the gimbal shuts down quickly after turning on?
Please check whether the gimbal is in a low battery state. If so, please turn it on again after fully charged. When the gimbal is turned off, you can press the power button to check the current battery percentage.
9. What should I do if the gimbal is in Sleep Mode after powering on?
Make sure all three axes are unlocked. Press the power button to wake up the gimbal.
Go to the menu, select Horizontal Calibration, and follow the instructions to complete the calibration process.
10. What should I do if the gimbal swings up and down or vibrates at a high frequency after turning on the camera for the first time or after replacing the camera?
1) Make sure all three motor knobs are locked and all pull buttons are engaged.
2) Go to Motor Power settings and perform the automatic tuning process. If you are using a long lens, it is recommended to use a lens support holder to help stabilize the camera and lens.
