For orders shipped to United States, Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom, if any item or accessory is out of stock in the local warehouse or if the shipping address is outside the local warehouse's delivery coverage, the affected items will be shipped separately from our China warehouse. For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:

Priority Shipping: We prioritize shipping from local warehouses for faster delivery. If the product you purchased is out of stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped from the China Warehouse.

Orders Under $49: Products shipped from the China Warehouse may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
Orders Above $50: Products shipped from the China Warehouse have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).

For Orders from Other Regions or Countries:

Orders Under $49: Products will be shipped from the China Warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks.

Excellent service, great product

Unbeatable value.

I bought a gimbal around 10–11 months ago, and after about 9 months, the Bluetooth stopped working. The buttons on the gimbal no longer triggered recording either. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they only offered unreasonable suggestions like turning off my Apple Watch. Eventually, they agreed to replace the gimbal — but only if I shipped it back to Hong Kong. The shipping cost via UPS was estimated at $360–$385, which is more than double the cost of the gimbal itself ($150). That’s completely unreasonable.
If a company wants to sell in the U.S. market, they must provide proper local support. This was my experience with their product and service, and I intend to share it as a negative review on their website and other platforms.

Fantastic camera with great features!

This is an exceptional camera for filming on the go and keeping your footage looking smooth. The gimbal technology on this camera is fantastic, and the picture quality is better than many competitors. This being because of the top-notch sensor they utilize offering high quality footage in day or night!
The accessories included are also a nice touch! I appreciate the hard gimbal cover and the mini tripod that also serves as a mini selfie stick. The multiple type C chargers and multiple felt bags for both the camera and the accessories are also beneficial added-in accessories.
Now to the selling point on this camera, the fact that the camera disconects from the controller! This is such a cool feature that allows for some crazy action shots that couldn't be captured otherwise, and the magnetic bottom mount makes capturing those shots even more of a breeze and the camera can be used stand alone without the controller at all if you choose to leave that part at home.
With that said, the battery on the detachable camera section is quite small. When detached from the controller, you will probably get around 30 minutes of charge time on the camera alone, but keep in mind, that small battery is not only powering the camera, but also the gimbal. You've got to keep in mind, the detachable part is very small, so the battery has to be tiny, so you can't expect a crazy long run time from the camera alone. Now, when the camera is plugged into the controller, it runs for much longer because the controller has a larger battery that also charges the camera when attached.
Overall, this is an awesome camera, that competes well with the DJI pocket 3, for a fraction of the price. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a great action camera with an included gimbal. I'm giving you my word, you're not going to find a camera with these features for this price anywhere else!
