Hello, it arrived in the estimated time, but the parcel did not update the tracking number to be able to track it and the package that I bought said that a carbon fiber extender stick came as a gift, but it did not come in the package, in that case what's happening?

According to the tracking number it still is in California and has been for the past 10 days or so.
