1. We currently ship to most countries/regions worldwide, but we can't ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs.

For US, EU, UK orders, if one of the accessories or items is out of stock in the local warehouse, or if it cannot be delivered to your address due to local warehouse delivery restrictions, we will ship it separately from China warehouse and the package may arrive a few days after the estimated delivery time.
3. If your shipping address is within our "Free Shipping & Tax Included" range, but you are charged customs duties, please contact us at store@feiyu-tech.com to arrange a tax refund for you.
4. Orders from EU countries including Las Palmas (ES), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Åland Islands (FI), Croatia will be shipped from China. Tax Not Included.
Order Status
🔹 Order Cancellation
You can cancel physical items or orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Please email us at store@feiyu-tech.com within 24 HOURS after placing the order.
🔹 Address Change
For address changes, please email our Customer Service Team at store@feiyu-tech.com with your updated address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
🔹 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

🔹 Shipping Fee
We offer FREE Standard shipping on all US, CA, EU, UK orders. The Additional Shipping Fees for other countries will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
🔹 Delivery Time
For US, CA, EU, UK orders, we prioritize shipping from local warehouses. If the product you purchased is temporarily out of stock in the local warehouse, we may arrange to ship it from the China Warehouse, and the estimated shipping time may take 6 to 8 days. (*Please note that the specific delivery time may vary by different logistics companies.)
For orders from other countries, we will ship from China warehouse, and the estimated shipping time may take 6 to 8 days.
🔹 Remote Address Orders
Orders with remote locations will take longer time to arrive and additional shipping fees may be required. Please note that the delivery time and shipping fees depend on the address specified for the order. You can calculate the estimated shipping fees on the cart page.
