Maintenance Process
STEP 1: To request maintenance service, Please email us at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com. In your email, kindly describe the issue with the product and include your relevant order information.
STEP 2: Ship the malfunctioning product to us along with the warranty card. Please ensure you keep a backup of your personal settings prior to sending the product.
STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, our Support Team will assess the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. The repair and testing process typically takes 7 working days.

Could I connect an external mic to feiyu pocket 3 or to a mobile phone app for feiyu pocket 3?
Feiyu Pocket 3 does not support external microphone connections, either directly or via the mobile app.

What should I do if my Pocket 3 gets stuck?
Please press and hold the gimbal power button for 8 seconds to force the gimbal to shut down. Then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, and next press and hold the button again for 3 seconds to boot.

How do I force reset the Feiyu Pocket 3?
To force reset the Feiyu Pocket 3, press and hold the power button for more than 8 seconds.
Notes: After the reset, to power the gimbal on properly, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds, release it, then press and hold the power button for another 3 seconds to restart. -
Are there infrared/night vision and/or motion detection features?
The Feiyu Pocket 3 features WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) to enhance low-light shooting, but it’s not designed for professional night vision use. It does not support infrared or motion detection, but it does include AI tracking for smart subject following.

Does the Type C to 3.5mm mic adapter support Feiyu Pocket 3?
No, the Feiyu Pocket 3 does not support external microphones, including Type-C to 3.5mm adapters. However, it features built-in microphones on both the gimbal and the handle for audio recording.

Yes, the Feiyu Pocket 3 can be connected to a computer and used as an external webcam.

For optimal focus, we recommend shooting from a distance of at least 0.5 meters.

One remote handle or app can control only one camera at a time. However, if you want to use two cameras simultaneously, you can control one with the handle and the other with the app.

Currently, the maximum resolution and frame rate supported by Feiyu Pocket 3 in webcam mode is 1080P 60fps.

The maximum control distance of the remote handle is approximately 10 meters under ideal conditions.

How long does the battery last for the camera alone and also if it is connected to the handle?
When used alone, the camera’s battery lasts about 60 minutes (at 1080P@30fps). When connected to the handle, it can run for approximately 116 minutes, as the handle also charges the camera during use.
