Maintenance Process

STEP 1: To request maintenance service, Please email us at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com. In your email, kindly describe the issue with the product and include your relevant order information.

STEP 2: Ship the malfunctioning product to us along with the warranty card. Please ensure you keep a backup of your personal settings prior to sending the product.

STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, our Support Team will assess the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. The repair and testing process typically takes 7 working days.

STEP 4: Once the repair is complete, we will promptly return the fully repaired product to you.

3. ¿El estabilizador admite la cámara nativa de un smartphone en lugar de conectarse a la app Feiyu?

Sí. Después de emparejar el Bluetooth, puedes controlar directamente la cámara predeterminada del teléfono para tomar fotos.

Cuando se conecta a una cámara de acción GoPro o a una cámara sin espejo compatible (mediante cable USB o Bluetooth), también puede controlar la función de disparo de la cámara (consulta la lista de compatibilidad de cámaras para conocer la compatibilidad específica).

5. Why does my gimbal suddenly enter Sleep Mode?

Sleep Mode: all three axes lose power, and the motor strength icon in the upper left corner of the touchscreen shows a gray moon.

Possible Causes:
1) Improper Balancing
If the gimbal is not properly balanced before powering on, serious imbalance during use may trigger motor overload protection.
2) Motor Locks Engaged
If any axis lock remains engaged, the gimbal will automatically enter protection mode.
3) User Operation
Double-pressing the power button will put the gimbal into Sleep Mode to save power.

Preventive Tips:
1) Ensure all axes are properly balanced before powering on.
2) Check that all motor locks are fully unlocked.
3) Manually enter Sleep Mode when not in use to avoid accidental triggers.
