1. For orders shipped to United States, Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom, if any item or accessory is out of stock in the local warehouse or if the shipping address is outside the local warehouse's delivery coverage, the affected items will be shipped separately from our China warehouse. In such cases, delivery may require additional time beyond the estimated timeframe.
2. A personal tax identification number is required for shipments to South Korea and South American countries such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, in order to facilitate customs clearance and ensure successful delivery.
3. We currently offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is not supported.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US, CA, EU, UK orders. For orders to other regions or countries, additional shipping fees will be calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your purchase.

For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:
Priority Shipping: We prioritize shipping from local warehouses for faster delivery. If the product you purchased is out of stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped from the China Warehouse.
- Orders Under $49: Products shipped from the China Warehouse may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
- Orders Above $50: Products shipped from the China Warehouse have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).
For Orders from Other Regions or Countries:
- Orders Under $49: Products will be shipped from the China Warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks.

How to Control Camera or Smartphone
While connecting the gimbal and cameras with cable(standard accessories for SONY, CANON, NIKON, Panasonic, etc.), users can control picture-taking/recording with shutter button and set aperture, shutter, ISO and other camera parameters (see Camera Compatible List for more details).
After connecting the gimbal to the Feiyu ON App via Bluetooth, the gimbal can directly control Feiyu ON for shooting (If the shutter of original camera and third party camera app can be controlled by volume button, SCORP Mini can also control it).
Auto Tune Motor Power
Auto Tune operation:
Enter the motor power setting through the touchscreen or Feiyu SCORP/Feiyu ON App, select Auto Tune, and then place the gimbal on the table until the display prompts that calibration is complete. The gimbal will automatically adjust the motor power based on the device you have installed.
*It's a normal phenomenon that gimbal will vibrate slightly while Auto Tune to weigh the installed device. When using a new camera and lens combination or device, it is recommended to Auto Tune the motor power after installing the device and turning on the gimbal.

I have an Android phone, can I use the APP to record 4K video?
The Feiyu ON app for Android currently does not support recording 4K videos at 60FPS. For the best results, we recommend using your phone’s stock camera to record 4K60FPS videos.

Will this be able to track a skier if I am stationary?
Yes, SCORP Mini supports smart tracking function.
If you are using a phone, you can track the skier through Feiyu ON APP or directly using the AI tracking module. If you are using a camera, smart tracking is only possible with the AI tracking module (only in landscape mode). -
Does face/object Tracking works with Phone (androisld/ios) in the Feiyu On App? Or you need the AI tracking module for phones too?
For phones, face/object tracking can be realized directly through the Feiyu ON app (with the tracking module).
But for the camera, the face tracking function needs to be realized through the AI tracking module, and it can only be used in landscape mode. -
Can it do 360 video shots?
SCORP Mini cannot make 360 video shots. It can only film in inception mode(auto rotation mode), which can be used to achieve the image rotating scene.

IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH GOPRO HERO 8 AND CANON EOS 600D?
GoPro Hero 8 and Canon EOS 600D can be mounted and stabilized on the Scorp Mini, but the gimbal cannot control the functions of these two cameras.
In addition, please note that the SCORP Mini may not be able to carry a large camera lens, because it is a 4-in-1 gimbal with a small gimbal structure and payload. -
Is the scorp mini compatible with a Samsung S22 Ultra smartphone? Also does the app allow you to record higher then 1080p or allows the use of the phones native camera?
Yes, Scorp Mini is compatible with Samsung S22 Ultra and it supports using the native camera of the phone.

Hello, would the OM-Systems (Olympus) OM-1 work on this Gimbal at least with some limited features?
SCORP Mini is not compatible with Olympus, so you can only use the gimbal for this camera for stabilization purpose.
