Se necesitan 4 baterías de iones de litio 18650 (INR). Preste atención a lo siguiente al instalar las baterías.

La serie AK no se puede cargar mediante cable USB ni fuente de alimentación. Cargue las baterías con un cargador aparte. Tarda unas 5 horas en cargar por completo las baterías con un cargador de 5V/3A. El indicador del cargador se pone rojo al cargar y cambia a verde cuando está completamente cargado.

Utilice las baterías que proporcionamos con los estabilizadores de la serie AK. Feiyu Tech no se hará responsable de los problemas causados por cualquier otra batería que no haya sido suministrada por Feiyu Tech.

Las baterías que vienen con los estabilizadores de la serie AK están marcadas como INR en el cuerpo. Las baterías marcadas como IMR en el cuerpo para una serie no son compatibles con la serie AK.

Cuando las baterías no se vayan a usar durante mucho tiempo, sáquelas y guárdelas correctamente

La autonomía del estabilizador depende de la batería con el voltaje más bajo, así que cargue completamente todas las baterías antes de usarlo.

Un rango aceptable de temperatura es de -10℃ a 55℃; por encima de 55℃ puede provocar un incendio, y por debajo de -10℃ puede afectar el rendimiento de la batería.

Por favor, NO utilice ni cargue una batería hinchada, con fugas o dañada. Si hay algún problema con la batería, póngase en contacto con el soporte técnico de Feiyu Tech o con el vendedor al que se la compró para solucionarlo.

NO coloque la batería junto con objetos metálicos, como monedas, llaves o collares. Si los dos polos de una batería entran en contacto con objetos metálicos, puede provocar un incendio.

El estabilizador de la serie AK tiene una autonomía de hasta 12 horas, siempre que esté perfectamente equilibrado antes de encenderlo. La autonomía varía según las condiciones de uso; especialmente a bajas temperaturas se ve muy afectada.

Carga útil: 150g/0.33lb --- 4000g/8.8lb (se incluyen la lente y otros accesorios, y el centro de gravedad del estabilizador está equilibrado).

La Manfrotto PL501 u otra placa de liberación rápida con las mismas dimensiones se puede montar en el estabilizador de la serie AK. Pero, debido al diferente diseño de seguridad, cuide bien los dispositivos.

Encender el estabilizador sin equilibrarlo puede provocar una menor autonomía, vibración, alta temperatura del motor y otros problemas. Por ello, se recomienda encarecidamente equilibrar el estabilizador con la cámara instalada antes de encenderlo.

Antes de encender la serie AK, debe montar la cámara y equilibrarla en tres ejes: inclinación, balanceo y paneo. Otra cosa es que, si deben añadirse otros accesorios al estabilizador, como soporte para lente, follow focus o soporte de extensión del eje de inclinación, móntelos en el estabilizador antes de equilibrarlo. Siguiendo estos pasos sabrá que el estabilizador (está apagado) está listo para usarse:

Eje de inclinación/balanceo: Coloque el estabilizador sobre una superficie estable (en posición vertical); la cámara debe mantenerse en cualquier posición sin importar hacia dónde la apunte.

Eje de paneo: El brazo vertical queda en paralelo con el suelo cuando coloca el estabilizador en posición horizontal.

Eso ocurre porque el valor de la fuerza del motor es demasiado alto para su cámara. Elija un ajuste adecuado en la pantalla táctil. Como alternativa, seleccione "Auto Adaption" y luego reinicie el estabilizador para que esta función funcione. Consulte el problema de vibración 2 en el video siguiente:

The maximum payload is 2200g/4.85lb( lens and other accessories are included, and center of gravity of gimbal is balanced ). For the details of the camera & lens compatibility, please refer to the compatibility list in our official website.

The weight for ak2000C is 1078g(including the built- in battery). The material for ak2000C is aluminum alloy.

Please make sure all those three axises were been balanced properly, you could figure out with this way: place the camera to any angle, it will be keep stand still. Please make sure all those motor locks were unlocked, and the tilt motor were placed on the right side.

The battery for ak2000C is built-in. When the gimbal work with stand by mode , which could work around 12 hours ; Using for shooting, which could work around 7 hours(please make sure all those three axises were balanced properly).

It will take around 1.5 hours for fully charged the battery.
It support charging by the adapter, which is less than 18W(Such as 9V*2A=18W, 12V*1.5A=18W)

The battery icon will be flashing while charging the battery with gimbal turn on, after fully charged, the icon will be become green color. When charging the battery with gimbal turn off, the charging icon will be light up about 10 seconds. If the charging icon disappear, we could wake it up by single tap any button on the gimbal.

1) Before turn the gimbal on, please make sure all those three axises were been balanced properly.
2) Please set up the payload setting on the OLED touch screen to auto adaption mode.

Ak2000C is not waterproof.

The Camera (type-C) port on the tilt motor could be provide 5V output power to Sony camera.By the way,Type-C to Micro cable is able to charging with Sony cameras. Tpye-C to Multi cable is unable to charging with Sony cameras.

Double tap: Stand by mode(Single tap to wake it up)

Single tap: Switch between pan follow/Lock mode
Double tap: Pan and tilt follow mode
Triple tap: All follow mode
Pan follow: The roll and tilt direction are fixed, and the camera moves according to the left-right movements of user's hand. (tilt axis keep vertical and roll axis keep horizontal)
Pan and tilt follow: The roll direction keep horizontal, and camera moves according to the left-right movements, up-down movements of user's hand.
Lock mode: The orientation of the camera is fixed no matter how the handle rotates.
All follow mode: All 3 axis of gimbal follows the movements of handle without limitation.

Single tap: Switch mode between taking picture/recording video
Notes:
① Ak2000C can control camera to switch between photo/ video mode while connecting camera via USB cable except Panasonic cameras. Users have to manually switch photo/ video mode on the camera while connecting Panasonic cameras via shutter release cable.
② Ak2000C can control camera to switch between photo/ video mode while connecting camera via WIFI except SONY cameras. Users have to manually switch photo/ video mode on the camera while connecting SONY cameras via WIFI.

Double tap: Reset gimbal, 3 axis return to default position
Long press: Enter Follow Mode, back to previous mode after loose it.(You can set up this operation to Lock mode, follow mode, action mode with APP)
Triple tap: Selfie mode(Turn 180° at pan axis ), double tap to reset.

1) USB cable Control: While connecting gimbal and cameras with correct cable (standard accessories for Sony Type-C to Multi, Canon USB to Mini(B01), Canon 5D Mark IV USB 3.0 to Micro 3.0(A02), Panasonic Type-C to DC 2.5, Nicon & EOS R USB control/gimbal charging cable USB 2.0 to Type-C(C01), Fuji Type-C to TRS2.5) ,users can control focus/taking picture/ recording video/Auto-burst shot with shutter button (For the details, please refer to the Camera Compatibility List ), switch tacking picture/ recording video mode by the mode button( expect Panasonic, because it is using shutter release cable)
2) WIFI control: Gimbal can connect with camera via Feiyu On app and WiFi. When connection is done, camera could be controlled to take photo/video/zoom/follow focus.(For the details, please refer to the Camera Compatibility List )
Tips: 1. When connecting WiFi with gimbal and camera, please make sure the camera did not connecting WiFi with the camera’s App or other device.
2. When connecting USB cable with Sony cameras, please connecting with Type-C to Multi cable.

Sliding the interface to the Scene setting, click Customize and set up the dead zoom to minimum; Next, click the settings to calibrate the gimbal by the calibration option.

For control with Sony camera, the better is connected with Sony Type-C to Multi cable(some old version of Sony camera might not support)

For connecting control cable with gimbal and camera, please make sure every time you were turn the gimbal and camera on first, then connecting with the control cable.

Since the mechanical shutter of the camera does not support electronic control, so that, please switch the video mode on the camera manually.

Please long press the power button for about 10 seconds, and release it while the OLED touch screen fully light up.

1)Ak2000C is unable to connecting with Nikon cameras by WiFi.
2)Some type of Nikon cameras could be control by connecting with the USB control cable(Such as Z6/Z7/D7500).

The battery for ak2000C is built-in, and they are 2 pcs of 18650 INR batteries. Charging by the USB cable and the Type-C port on the handle, the maximum input for the quick charger adapter is 18W.

Please check the indicator light:
Case 1: After turning on the gimbal, the indicator light turns solid red immediately, the motors don’t work and the gimbal beeps.Make sure to unlock all the axis, then hold the gimbal handle and triple press the function button to wake it up, or reboot the gimbal by holding the power button.
Case 2: The indicator flashes red light and the gimbal shutdown automatically. This means the battery is low and needs to be charged.
Case 3: The indicator will not light up when holding the power button. Plugin the USB charger and see if indicator lights up, if yes, charge it until it turns green. If not, the gimbal is faulty.
Case 4: The indicator flashes blue quickly. This means gimbal is faulty and needs repair.

Make sure the smartphone weights less than the maximum payload of the gimbal, mount the phone on the center and then move left or right to make it balanced. (If not well balanced, The motors will consume additional power for balancing)

Search “Feiyu ON”on APP Store or Google Play Store to download the APP. For the first time to use the APP, it requires logging in by phone number or Email account.

If there is green light flashes periodically (which means connected state), please disconnect with previous connected device, or push down the joystick and double-click the power button to clear the Bluetooth pairing, and then restart the gimbal and try connecting again.

Please clear up the Bluetooth connection on gimbal, restart the gimbal and connect again.

The following requirements must be met： 1) Pressing the volume up button on the phone can take photo by the native camera APP. 2) Give “input device”permission to the paired device (the gimbal).

Supports controlling the native camera APP to take photos and record videos. It does not support switching between photo mode and video mode. Third-party camera APP is supported if pressing the volume up button can take a photo.

Double press the M button.

Single press the M button to switch between 2 modes, which by default are pan follow mode and pan&tilt follow mode. These 2 modes can be customized, choosing from pan&tilt mode, pan mode, all follow mode and Inception mode.

Click the power button to launch the mode switching menu, push the joystick to select the mode you want, and then click the power button to confirm.

Restart the gimbal and connect with the APP, and then upgrade again.

Yes, this is normal.

The rotatable range of the tilt axis is -40° to 40°, exceeding the range will cause the pan axis to shake.

This is supported by Android phones, but not by iPhones.

Yes, you can do that by triple tapping the trigger button.

Yes, you can do that by double tapping the shutter button.

You can calibrate the gimbal by initializing it: Tap the function button 5 times and wait until the indicator flashes blue light 3 times at a time, tap the function button again to wake it up.

After finishing the initialization, the gimbal will be in pan&tilt follow mode.

The battery capacity is 1300 mAh, workign voltage is 7.4 V. The standby battery life is 9 hours. (tested mobile phone: Vivo X30 Pro)

It takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to fully charge by a 5V/2A power adapter. Charging status: the indicator keeps constant red. Fully charged status: the indicator turns to constant green.

Press and hold the trigger button to switch to lock mode, release to go back to previous mode.

In all follow mode, pushing the joystick left or right controls the pan axis, while in Inception mode, pushing the joystick left or right controls the roll axis.

Press and hold the trigger button to switch to lock mode, wherein the gimbal follows quicker, but it is still in the current follow mode.

Push down the zoom slider and tap the trigger button 5 times, then release the zoom slider to enter exhibition mod. When in exhibition mode, double press the trigger button or push down the zoom slider to quit.

Smart tracking has been implemented to the latest version of Feiyu ON and it is turned on by default. Click or draw a square on the face/object to track; it depends on the hardware performance of the phone for how well it works.
