Hi, we usually will send by Canada post or INTELCOM from Canada warehouse, which always takes 2-5 days on the shipping road. By the way, we will send by DHL from China warehouse when product is out of stock in Canada warehouse, which takes 3-6 days.

Yes, this extension pole has a 1/4'' threaded hole on one end and a 1/4'' screw on the other end. You can install the extension pole on the bottom of the gimbal first, and then connect the tripod to the other end of the extension pole.
