2. A personal tax identification number is required for shipments to South Korea and South American countries such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru, in order to facilitate customs clearance and ensure successful delivery.

For US, CA, EU, UK Orders:
We prioritize shipping from local warehouses for faster delivery. If the purchased product is out of stock in the local warehouse, it will be shipped from our China warehouse.
- Orders Under $49: Products shipped from the China Warehouse may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.
- Orders Above $50: Products shipped from the China Warehouse have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (please note that actual delivery time may vary based on the logistics company).

Free maintenance service conditions
🔹 Within one year from the purchase date, the product is malfunctioning under normal usage due to non-artificial reasons.
🔹 The malfunction of the product is not caused by artificial reasons such as unauthorized disassemble, conversion or addition.
🔹 Provide the certificate of maintenance service: the warranty card (with customer information, purchase date and the code of the product), the legitimate receipts, invoices or screenshot of purchasing.

Maintenance Process
STEP 1: To request maintenance service, Please email us at support@feiyu-tech.com / service@feiyu-tech.com. In your email, kindly describe the issue with the product and include your relevant order information.
STEP 2: Ship the malfunctioning product to us along with the warranty card. Please ensure you keep a backup of your personal settings prior to sending the product.
STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, our Support Team will assess the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. The repair and testing process typically takes 7 working days.
STEP 4: Once the repair is complete, we will promptly return the fully repaired product to you.

How do I turn on the Feiyu Pocket 4?
There are two ways to power on the Pocket 4:
- Slide down on the screen frame.
- When the camera is powered off, press and hold the shutter button for about 3 seconds.
To power off the camera, press and hold the shutter button for about 3 seconds.
Can I use the Feiyu Pocket 4 as a webcam?
Yes. The Feiyu Pocket 4 can be used as a USB webcam.
Connect the camera to a computer with a USB-C cable and select UVC Camera1 as the camera source. It can also be selected as the video source in compatible third-party applications.
Does the Feiyu Pocket 4 support a microSD card?
No. The Feiyu Pocket 4 does not support microSD cards and comes with 111GB of available internal storage.
Can I record vertically with the Feiyu Pocket 4?
Yes. You can shoot vertical video in two ways:
- Rotate the camera 90° to enter vertical shooting mode.
- Select 9:16 in Video mode.
This makes the Feiyu Pocket 4 suitable for vertical content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Is the Feiyu Pocket 4 waterproof?
No. The Pocket 4 is not waterproof and should not be used in rain, water or other wet conditions.
How can I transfer photos and videos from the Feiyu Pocket 4?
You have several options:
To a smartphone:
Connect the Feiyu Pocket 4 to the Feiyu Cam App via Wi-Fi and download files from the camera's album.
To a computer:
Connect the Feiyu Pocket 4 to your computer using a USB-C to USB-C cable and transfer the files directly.
To a compatible smartphone:
You can also connect the camera directly to a compatible phone using a USB-C cable. Some phones may not support direct file transfer.
How long can I record on a full charge?
Under room-temperature test conditions (25°C), approximate battery life is:
- 1080p/30fps: up to 2.5 hours
- 4K/30fps: up to 1.8 hours
- 4K/60fps: up to 1.5 hours
Actual battery life may vary depending on settings, temperature, stabilization and shooting conditions.
Can I connect an external microphone?
The Feiyu Pocket 4 supports the official FeiyuTech wireless microphone accessory.
Third-party microphones are not officially supported.
Does the Feiyu Pocket 4 support face tracking and subject tracking?
Yes. The Feiyu Pocket 4 supports both face tracking and subject tracking.
For face tracking, enable AI Face Tracking in the camera's AI settings and point the camera toward the subject. A green frame indicates that tracking is active.
For subject tracking, enable Subject Tracking and double-tap the subject on the screen. A green frame indicates that the subject is being tracked.
Does the Feiyu Pocket 4 have a fixed-focus or autofocus lens?
The Feiyu Pocket 4 uses a fixed-focus lens and does not support autofocus.
